Firefox 'save as' setting changed

Using fully up to date KDE / x86_64.

After a recent update, my Firefox setup has changed the "save / save as"
dialogue box from using the KDE styled appearance, back to gnome. Has
anyone else had this or is it just my setup that's gone weird?

Yes! Some attention seeker has changed the layout. Caught me out too.

It's not the only one

I also find the "save" windows/dialogs no longer "remember" the last
selection but default to the top of the list
Really bloody infuriating - unless it's a setting I've missed/can't
find, then I'll recant.
