MGA9: Mcc through ssh shows blank page

I installed Cauldron when it was MGA9.

I was able to do a ssh ***@mga9box from a separate box, and in this shell
I typed mcc to invoke it on mga9box. Via X11 over ssh I saw the complete
mcc console.

Then I switched Cauldron9 to MGA9 "stable", where mcc and all drak...-
stuff was also replaced.

After that a mcc over ssh leads to a window, where only the left-hand menu
is displayed, but noting on the right side, like "install", "update", "set
up update sources". All other menu items on the left side also lead to
blank page on the right side.

There seems to be some compatibilty issue with X-server.

Dows this work on someone's box?

Just tested, same result:

ssh ***@localhost and then mcc
