Do you have the tainted repositories enabled?

http://mirror.math.princeton.edu/pub/mageia/distrib/9/x86_64/media/tainted/release/handbrake-1.6.0-1.mga9.tainted.x86_64.rpm

Use "drakrpm-edit-media" to check which repos are enabled, or use
"urpmq --list-media active".

Yea Dave I did
What I did have was " Packages with GUI " in install/remove navigation
panel. And that doesn't showup Handbrake.. That is the default setting,
I prefer "All", it covers everything

The problem with years between installs is that one forgets the tips and
methods and falls into old traps
I spent the afternoon banging my head on VLC. That was my fault too

Thanks for the drakrpm- tip, it goes into the brain file

I'm getting to old for this
Must setup the sig file too

Oops. That's the m9 repo. It's also in m8 though.
